Candice is the Managing Partner of the firm.

 

Candice has extensive experience in land acquisitions, applications for first registration and transactions for the sale or purchase of residential and commercial properties.  Candice has

considerable exposure to, and expertise in, the negotiation and preparation of residential and commercial leases as well as the preparation and registration of mortgages.  She also practices

significantly in the area of estate planning and obtaining grants of Probate and Administration as well as the modification and discharge of restrictive covenants by way of applications to the Supreme Court.

Candice was admitted to practice in 2005 after graduating from the University of the West Indies’ Faculty of Law and the Norman Manley Law School.  She is an Associate Tutor in Landlord and Tenant law at the Norman Manley Law School as well as a member of the Continuing Legal Education sub-committee of the Jamaican Bar Association.

 

Candice currently practices primarily in the areas of Conveyancing, Probate and Administration.
